We're seeking a well-organised, friendly, and approachable individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can provide valuable support to our Project Management team. You'll be joining a team of experienced project managers working on various projects across the country.
The position is rewarding and diverse, and we're eager to train the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:
- Creating job information during handover.
- Communicating with designers to note changes or specific job details for customers.
- Assisting in compiling project "sign-off" paperwork.
- Making adjustments to drawings following surveys.
- Following up on sign-off information like color choices and appliance lists.
- Offering suggestions for design changes along with designers and project managers, as needed.
- Helping with customer questions and interactions during projects, which could involve confirming choices or providing service plans.
- Developing a strong product knowledge.
- Assisting with quality control checks before dispatch.
- Occasionally traveling to project sites.

Bath
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and efficient people to work in our Bath showroom on Saturdays and potentially during holidays.
You will be meeting and greeting our customers and talking confidently to them about deVOL and our Kitchen ranges. Giving them clear and informed information that will enable them to make clear decisions on how to move forward with their kitchen project.
This role is key to the success of deVOL, as you will be one of the first points of contact for all our visiting customers on Saturday.
The hours for this role are 10.00 am - 5.00 pm every Saturday.
Your job at deVOL will involve:
- Welcoming customers into our showrooms and ensuring their visit to deVOL is enjoyable and informative.
- Learning about deVOL in detail so you can confidently chat to customers, answer questions, and guide them to the next step of their project.
- Taking down accurate notes on all the customers you engage with and how they wish to proceed.
- Keeping our showrooms neat and tidy and assisting customers and other staff with general duties.

Clerkenwell, London
We are looking for someone with a real passion for design to join our ever-growing, dynamic team of kitchen designers. deVOL has become synonymous with distinctive style and understated quality; something our designers are taught and become highly skilled in perfecting for every customer.
Your job will involve:
- Offering great customer service in the showroom as well as answering and directing telephone enquiries.
- Interpreting customers' room drawings and requirements to create kitchen layouts using Drafsight and quotes using MS office.
- Leading design meetings in our showroom or via Zoom, working under pressure to ensure customers leave with plans.
- Managing your own base of customers from initial inquiry through to an order being placed.
- Working with our project management team to take a kitchen from design drawings to manufacture and installation.
- Working with all the deVOL designers to keep the quality of design, service, and product impeccable for every customer.
We would love you to:
- Have a creative qualification and passion for furniture or interiors.
- 1-2 years of previous design experience.
- Be excellent at organising and prioritising your time.
- Have minimum GCSE grades (or equivalent) of A-C in English and Maths.
- Have experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Enjoy working with others as part of a team.
- Have a great eye for detail, a flair for design, and a desire to create exceptional work.
- Prior experience of using CAD software.
This is a full-time role based at our Tysoe street showroom in London, with the requirement of working up to 1 Saturday a month.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and during your first year, you will receive training in the role and performance appraisals where your pay will be reviewed. After this, we offer annual pay reviews and continued support from the team.
You will receive 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) which can increase with length of service and experience, as well as life insurance, a wellness program, cycle 2 work scheme, and company events.
