We will also expect you to organise hygiene certificates and any other necessary applications that enable us to sell and serve food from a truck. We hope to make this new venture a really exciting addition to Cotes Mill and a place where customers and staff get to eat awesome food. We imagine the food will be influenced by new and traditional street food from all over the world, so you need to be knowledgeable, driven and full of ideas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Everything we do at deVOL is with style and passion and expertise, this food truck is no exception. We need the successful applicant to be extraordinary, have a great repertoire of dishes they can cook for us, be really organised, totally motivated and prepared to work really hard to make this venture a huge success.
