Covid-19 notice for November lockdown - It has been confirmed by the Government that kitchen showrooms can stay open.
- Showrooms closed to walk-in customers. Appointment only showroom visits.
- Remote kitchen design appointments encouraged.
- Samples, brochures and accessory purchases continue to be dispatched.
- Workshops remain working at full capacity. Installations continue on schedule.
As of today, Wednesday 4th November 2020, we will be closing all our UK showrooms in accordance with government guidelines. As before, we will be doing all our design appointments by zoom or telephone, this process works so efficiently it has become a crucial part of the whole design procedure here at deVOL and allows our customers to stay at home and still have their kitchen designed, receive samples, chat with a designer and not feel their project is delayed in any way.
We do understand a kitchen is often part of a building project and if anything is delayed it can cause real issues and stresses, especially at this time of year.
For this reason, we are very happy to arrange a private appointment, at dedicated times, if you require a visit to the showroom in order to move forward with your project. If you call the showroom you wish to visit, we will book you an appointment and try to ensure you do not suffer any delays to your project.
Please be assured we are following strict safety measures in all our showrooms and always require you to wear a mask and keep a 2 metre distance at all times.
Please note all our kitchen installations will still be going ahead during lockdown and all our workshops are still manufacturing to full capacity, so if you have ordered a kitchen you can relax, there will be no delays with delivery and installation dates.
We really look forward to seeing you again in December and if anything changes we will update you immediately.
