Care & Maintenance

Metal finishes should only be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. Harsh cleaners and abrasive pads will damage and remove the finish. Always switch off the mains power before cleaning the fittings.

Always remove the shade before cleaning - taking care not to lose the shade ring or brass cuff. The shade can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a lint free cloth. Abrasive pads could scratch and damage the surface.

Spare/replacement parts are available for this light, please contact our customer service team if needed.

Sustainability

Our lights are all handcrafted and assembled in the UK. We make every effort to source our materials and components from local suppliers in the UK. All of our lights are supplied with low wattage energy efficient LED filament bulbs.

Almost all of our packaging is recyclable and our designers are constantly working with suppliers to make improvements in this area.

Please recycle your packaging in accordance with local regulations.

We offer one tracked service from DHL. For UK orders, each item will be dispatched as soon as it is ready and should arrive within 1-3 business days.

International orders will be dispatched only when all items are ready and they should arrive within 3-5 business days. If you wish to receive individual items as soon as they are ready, please consider placing them as separate orders.

Returns

This item is eligible for return within 28 days of delivery.

Any items returned to us in the condition in which they were sent will be refunded in full, excluding any delivery fees (and a 10% restocking fee if you are ordering from outside of the UK).

We are unable to cover any return postage costs, or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.

the perfect shade of cream, by deVOL

What a lovely shade, the style is reminiscent of simple creamware crockery often found in traditional French farmhouses. It’s not over the top or fussy, it’s simple and well-made, but a little different too. It can be hard to find authentic lights for your home, ones with a classic, vintage feel, but this one is spot on. We don’t like things that are ‘too perfect’, we prefer things that have character and soul, and we always want to offer our customers something that they couldn’t find anywhere else. Our Heirloom Wall Lights are supplied with a natural waxed oak pattress and Heirloom Brass fittings, the perfect match for the shiny, almost glass-like, shade.
