We wanted to offer taps in a finish that was reminiscent of old vintage taps, something with a lovely patina that looked and felt less new and went perfectly with our painted cupboards and traditional Belfast, marble and copper sinks.

Now you don't have to search for the perfectly aged brass tap, as after much research and working alongside Perrin & Rowe we have come up with what we think is a really good and authentic finish that is exclusive to deVOL customers.

Items that are made to order have lead times and will be dispatched as soon as they are ready.

Orders to Europe will only be dispatched when all items are ready. If you wish to receive your items as soon as possible, please consider placing them as separate orders.

Most of our accessories are eligible for return within 28 days, bespoke items and product samples are not eligible for returns. If products are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent then we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item, excluding any delivery fees. Please contact us at returns@devolkitchens.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return before posting them.

deVOL will also take responsibility for any items that arrive damaged or broken. To arrange a replacement please contact us directly at returns@devolkitchens.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your items.

deVOL cannot take responsibility for the return postage cost of items or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.
