Our Chatsworth Oak Parquet has been treated with an ageing oil to enhance the natural gold and bronze tones while highlighting the grain detail for an authentic, aged appearance.

Our parquet blocks have been gently distressed, creating softly worn edges and subtle surface texture to give the appearance and feel of an age-worn parquet floor.

This wood floor does not require any sanding, simply apply a top coat of our Classic Hardwax Oil after installation to complete the finish. Please refer to our Customer Information or Installation & Aftercare documents for more details.

Online orders of flooring are currently only available to customers based in the UK. Please contact our flooring team for international orders.

Our wood flooring is made to order on a 3-week lead time; deliveries can be made between the hours of 8:30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please note that this is a kerbside delivery service, and someone responsible must be available at the delivery address to receive and check the goods upon delivery.

It is essential that you move your wood flooring inside as soon as possible after delivery to avoid potential damage. Wood is very sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. Please take care when unloading the goods and ensure they are stored in a dry, heated environment.

Flooring will arrive packed on pallets or wooden crates (adhesives, grouts, sealers and care products may arrive separately). Deliveries are typically made using an 18-tonne lorry, so we must be made aware of any potential access restrictions (such as narrow roads, overhanging trees, gravel driveways, steep gradients, uneven ground, weight-limited bridges, red routes, etc.) when your order is placed.

We will need to call you to confirm your delivery date and to discuss potential access restrictions.

Online orders of flooring are currently only available to customers based in the UK. Please contact our flooring team for international orders.

Returns

Please be aware that made-to-order items, such as wood flooring, are not eligible for returns.

Made-to-order flooring can be refunded in full if your order is cancelled before manufacturing has commenced; otherwise, you will be liable for any costs incurred.

Do not sign for your flooring without checking it first. Should there be any damage or shortages, this must be acknowledged on the delivery note with the single word ‘damaged’

If you believe that more than 10% of the goods have been damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately.
