We are so excited to introduce our Ditsy Delft Tiles, a new addition to our tile range and a companion for our Ditsy Delft Wallpaper. We were so struck with the simple and delicate pattern on our wallpaper that we decided to make tiles as well.
Colourways of Blue and Sepia, just the same as the wallpaper, each tile is reliably unique and has that vintage feel we always crave here at deVOL. There is something quite humble about this collection of tiles, the naïve design, the subtle but obvious changes in the cream tones and the depth of colour in the pattern. All very considered in order to create a slightly faded and random look.
These tiles would work literally anywhere, inside or outside fireplaces, as a little splashback in a scullery or cloakroom, a full floor-to-ceiling wall giving Scandinavian vibes or the classic behind-the-cooker splashback. There are also many layout options, using one or both colours, interspersing with plain tiles, completely random patterns or very uniform designs.
Our border tiles add a final and substantial element to a run of our Ditsy Delft Tiles. Moulded to a soft curve, these tiles create much more of a feature and also solve the ever-present dilemma of ‘how to finish off the top of the run of tiles’ - the answer being, in a very satisfying way. What fun deciding how to display these little treasures.

Materials & Finish
These tiles are made from durable stoneware clay and finished with a beautifully glossy glaze. Each tile is left plain or decorated with our delicate Ditsy Delft patterns. The glaze ranges in tone from soft white to clear, subtly revealing the warm cream colour of the clay beneath.
When calculating the number of tiles needed for your project, please allow an additional 10% for any off-cuts, breakages and waste. Grout and adhesive are available to order here
Please be aware that crazing, a network of fine cracks on the surface of ceramics, may occur due to the nature of the materials and firing process. This is considered a characteristic feature and not a defect.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We deliver all of our tile orders with DHL straight to your front door in manageable-sized boxes. Delivery charges are determined by an order's weight and this will be calculated automatically in the checkout.
Sample packs are subject to the following delivery charges:

You can view a full delivery quote for your basket and shipping address in the checkout. All charges shown include any applicable tax and duty.
All deliveries are made via a reliable tracked service. For UK orders, each item will be dispatched as soon as it is ready and should arrive within 1-3 working days.
International orders will be dispatched only when all items are ready and they should arrive within 3-5 working days. If you wish to receive individual items as soon as they are ready, please consider placing them as separate orders.
Returns
This item is eligible for return within 28 days of delivery.
Please be aware that tile sample packs are not eligible for returns.
Any items returned to us in the condition in which they were sent will be refunded in full, excluding any delivery fees (and a 10% restocking fee if you are ordering from outside of the UK).
We are unable to cover any return postage costs, or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.
