What payment methods do you accept?

You can make secure online payments with the following credit and debit cards: 

Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit. We can accept American Express up to a limit of £2,000 for purchases through our online shop only.

You can also pay via Apple or Google Pay.

Payment is usually taken at the time the order is placed.

What currency will I pay in?

All payments are made in GBP.

Why has my payment been declined?

Please ensure that your card details are correct before contacting our websales team.

You may need to contact your bank if your card continues to be declined.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices include VAT for UK customers.

For customers outside the UK, our prices include a 20% fee which covers all applicable taxes and duty.

What is your VAT number?

Our VAT registration number is 939 7380 73.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

We can certainly provide you with a VAT invoice upon request. Please email websales@devolkitchens.co.uk with your name and order number and we'll be happy to help.
