Delivery & Returns

Please see the tables below for the various delivery charges for items ordered through our online shop. Please get in contact if you wish to place an order from a country not included in the regions listed below. UK Delivery

One charge per order, not per item

  • For UK deliveries we aim to dispatch stocked items within 2 working days but may take longer during busy periods. 
  • Items that are made to order have lead times and will be dispatched as soon as they are ready. This means you may receive your items in a number of packages at different times.
  • Please check the lead times provided on each product page before placing your order as they may change during periods of high demand.
  • If you need to amend your order after you've placed it, please contact us at websales@devolkitchens.co.uk as quickly as possible as we are unable to make any changes to orders that have already been processed in our workshop.
  • We will notify you as soon as possible if we expect any additional delays on your items.
  • Once dispatched, deliveries to addresses in the UK should arrive within two working days.
  • Our items and are subject to different delivery rates based on their size, as per the table above. Higher rates apply to some UK addresses - please see the relevant information above.
  • Please check the ‘Delivery’ drop down window on each product page to determine an item’s delivery classification.
  • Delivery will be automatically calculated during the checkout process so if you are uncertain about what you will pay, simply add the items to your basket and enter your address in the first step of the checkout. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
  • You will only pay one delivery charge per order, regardless of how many different products are ordered, and this will be the maximum charge applicable to any of the items in your basket. 
  • You will receive email confirmation with tracking information for each item once it has been dispatched. 
  • If undelivered packages are not collected from the relevant postal depot or storage facility within the specified time and they are returned to deVOL, a second delivery fee will be charged in order to re-dispatch the items.

'Rest of World' Delivery

Our 'Rest of World' delivery rates include shipping to Australia, China, Iceland, Japan and New Zealand.

Returns

  • Most of our accessories are eligible for return within 28 days. However, bespoke items, our range of paints, candles and product samples are not eligible for returns (we also cannot accept returns for any taps that have been plumbed in).
  • If products are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item, excluding any delivery fees (and a 10% restocking fee if you are ordering from outside of the UK).
  • A printed order summary and returns slip should be included with each shipment you receive. Please complete the form and return any items to the address provided on the integrated label (please note this is not a pre-paid postage label).
  • If you are making a return from outside of the UK, please declare the shipment as a 'Return to Origin' to avoid any unnecessary customs charges. Any items declared otherwise will incur a charge and deVOL cannot be responsible for any outstanding import tariffs or duties. Any items that reach the UK with outstanding charges will be held by customs for a period and ultimately sent back to you, which could mean you miss your 28-day return window. 
  • You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed and accepted. Any refunds should appear within your account within 10 working days.
  • We're not able to cover any return postage costs, or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.
  • If any of your items arrive damaged or faulty, or you're unhappy in any way, please contact us directly at returns@devolkitchens.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your items and our team will be happy to help.
