Delivery

Flooring is subject to the following delivery charges (samples are sent free of charge):
 

Delivery is unavailable outside of the UK and to some addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Isles.

Delivery charges are calculated in the checkout based on your address and the items in your basket.

Our flooring is dispatched with a third-party haulier (adhesives, grouts, sealers and care products may arrive separately). For in-stock items, deliveries can be arranged from as soon as 4 working days to 6 weeks from the date of order. Deliveries can be made between the hours of 8:30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Flooring will arrive packed on a pallet or wooden crate. Deliveries are typically made using an 18-tonne lorry so we must be made aware of any potential access restrictions (such as narrow roads, overhanging trees, gravel driveways, steep gradients, uneven ground, weight-limited bridges, red routes etc.) when your order is placed. Please note that this is a kerbside delivery service and someone responsible must be available at the delivery address to receive and check the goods upon delivery.

We may need to call you to confirm your delivery date and to discuss potential access restrictions.

Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. 

Please be aware that samples are not eligible for returns.

Please check your flooring upon arrival, should there be any damage or shortages this must be acknowledged on the delivery note with the single word ‘damaged’. Do not sign for the goods without checking them first. If you believe that more than 10% of the goods have been damaged, please contact our customer services team immediately. Please take care when unpacking tiles, as they can be particularly fragile. The tiles should be stored safely and handled carefully prior to installation.

Any items returned to us in the condition in which they were sent will be refunded in full, excluding any delivery fees. We can arrange collection but you will be liable for any charges and must make the goods available, packaging them adequately to protect against damage.
