Delivery
Flooring is subject to the following delivery charges (samples are sent free of charge):

Delivery is unavailable outside of the UK and to some addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Isles.
Delivery charges are calculated in the checkout based on your address and the items in your basket.
Our flooring is dispatched with a third-party haulier (adhesives, sealers and care products may arrive separately). Our wood flooring is made to order and delivery can be arranged from around 3 to 9 weeks from the date of order. Deliveries can be made between the hours of 8:30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Wooden planks will arrive packed on a double pallet. Deliveries are typically made using an 18-tonne lorry so we must be made aware of any potential access restrictions (such as narrow roads, overhanging trees, gravel driveways, steep gradients, uneven ground, weight-limited bridges, red routes etc.) when your order is placed. Please note that this is a kerbside delivery service and someone responsible must be available at the delivery address to receive and check the goods upon delivery.
It is essential that you move your flooring inside as soon as possible after delivery to avoid potential damage, wood is very sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. Please take care when unloading the goods and ensure they are stored in a dry, heated environment.
