We're seeking a well-organised, friendly, and approachable individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can provide valuable support to our Project Management team. You'll be joining a team of experienced project managers working on various projects across the country. The position is rewarding and diverse, and we're eager to train the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Creating job information during handover.
- Communicating with designers to note changes or specific job details for customers.
- Assisting in compiling project "sign-off" paperwork.
- Making adjustments to drawings following surveys.
- Following up on sign-off information like colour choices and appliance lists.
- Offering suggestions for design changes along with designers and project managers, as needed.
- Helping with customer questions and interactions during projects, which could involve confirming choices or providing service plans.
- Developing strong product knowledge.
- Assisting with quality control checks before dispatch.
- Occasionally travelling to project sites.

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.

deVOL Kitchens is one of the leading and most highly regarded kitchen companies in the UK, with manufacturing and design offices based in Leicestershire, London and New York. We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, and capable person to join our rapidly growing Shop Ops team.
We are looking for a positive and professional candidate who will be able to fulfil all daily duties of the Shop Ops role and support other members of the team. This role involves checking incoming stock for faults, dispatching items sold through our website and various administrative tasksn tasks. A very high standard of attention to detail is a must for this role.
Your duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare all labels and paperwork required for the shipment of goods
- Dispatching items sold through our website
- Quality control tests to ensure conformance to company standards on goods before dispatch
- Ensure all stock and packaging materials are stored correctly
- Communicate with the Shop Ops Manager regarding any stock control shortage or concerns
- Inform Shop Ops Manager of any supplier or customer returns
- Maintain clean and tidy areas, ensuring operational efficiency
- General administrative work within the Shop Ops department
Requirements
We would love you to have:
- The confidence to carry out a task independently (Initial training will be provided).
- Relevant logistics experience (advantageous but not necessary).
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word.

We are looking for someone with a real passion for design and interiors to join our exceptional team of kitchen designers, in an assistant role.
deVOL has become synonymous with a distinctive style and understated quality; something our designers are taught and become highly skilled in perfecting for every customer.
Your job will involve assisting and working alongside our senior designers throughout the kitchen design process, including:
- Drawing up customers' room plans and their requirements to create kitchen layouts, using Draftsight, under the supervision of a Kitchen Designer
- Assisting and being involved in customer design meetings and ongoing design work
- Creating customer kitchen quotations using MS Office. Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom as well as answering and directing telephone enquiries.
- Working with all the deVOL designers to keep the quality of design and service impeccable for every customer.
We would love you to:
- Have a creative qualification or passion related to furniture or interiors.
- Be excellent at organising and prioritising your time.
- Have minimum GCSE grades (or equivalent) of A-C in English and Maths.
- Have experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Have a great eye for detail, a flair for design, and a desire to create exceptional work.
- Prior experience of using CAD software would be beneficial but not essential.
This is a full-time role that begins with a 1-3 month training period based at our Cotes Mill showroom in Leicestershire, set within 12 acres of meadows and riverbanks just outside Loughborough. Nearby accommodation can be provided if needed.
After the initial training period, the role will transition to our Tysoe Street showroom. This role is office-based and requires a daily presence in our showroom. You will be required to work 1-2 Saturdays a month, with a day taken in lieu.
We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience. During your first year, you will receive focused training in the role, as well as regular performance appraisals where your pay will be reviewed.
After this, we offer annual pay reviews and continued training from our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced individual to join our team of Kitchen Surveyors on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, well-presented, and possess excellent time management skills. The primary responsibility will be to measure customers' rooms accurately before the manufacture of our bespoke furniture, ensuring our kitchens fit perfectly in each unique space.
Requirements
Applicants should be confident in communicating with customers and taking precise measurements. While experience with 2D CAD software is beneficial, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will be based in London or the surrounding area and must be willing to travel to various locations within the city and surrounding areas. When you are not on site, you will be based in our Clerkenwell showroom.
A valid UK driving license is required.
